All Done Design is a construction company specialising in high-end residential refurbishments and Grade II listed buildings, based in North-London. Managing Director, Charlie Avara, took over the business in 2015 in place of husband Oner and is now a highly successful woman in the industry with over 15 years of experience. 


All Done Design prides itself on its relationships with reputed specialists and tradesmen, often local to London, aiding in certified expertise to efficiently deliver client requirements. Moreover, All Done Design provides a single point of contact creating a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.


The Brief.

With a female founder at the helm, All Done Design wanted to highlight Charlie’s profile as a woman in the construction industry. The company also needed help to boost brand awareness and promote its high-end projects through first-class media coverage and a strong social media presence.

What did Orange do?

Orange developed a strategy for All Done Design that not only raised Charlie’s profile as a woman in the construction industry, but also positioned her as an expert in the sector.

Moreover, Orange entered All Done Design into recognised award platforms across the United Kingdom and entered Charlie into awards for her dedication to gender inclusion and high performance. 


Orange also increased All Done Design’s social media presence through engagement with like-minded business accounts and individuals, updating followers with exciting behind the scenes projects, as well as featuring client testimonials and professionally captured project images. 


The Juicy Results.

Orange PR and Marketing successfully supported All Done Design in boosting social media coverage and general awareness of the brand, as well as raising Charlie’s profile as a woman in the construction industry, securing some fantastic national awards along the way.


The works carried out by Orange PR and Marketing have successfully secured media interviews and expert comment opportunities within multiple broadcast, print and online media sources within an array of popular media titles across the country, such as Good Housekeeping, Ideal Home, Woman & Home and Daily Express . This included Orange securing All Done Design an incredible 5-page spread in nationwide favourite, 25 Beautiful Homes, showcasing the business’ latest project with emphasis on Charlie’s design and build expertise. 


The total coverage achieved to date  generated a vast audience reach of 485 million for Charlie and All Done Design - a fantastic outcome for the construction business.


Charlie has also represented women in construction, attending London Build’s 2022 Diversity in Construction event as a ‘Woman in Construction Ambassador’. Here, Charlie was able to give her advice to others interested in joining the industry, as well as speak with like-minded individuals about the thriving construction trade.


Both All Done Design and Charlie have been recognised by award platforms for their success and contribution to the industry. In January 2023, All Done Design was awarded Best Design/Build Firm 2023 at the SME News Business Elite Awards and has also been recognised by Houzz, being awarded both the 2022 and 2023 ‘Best of Houzz Service’. 


It doesn't end there…Charlie was also nominated for ‘Business Woman of the Year’ twice in a row at the SME London Business Awards and took home the ‘Silver’ award in early 2023. Since then, Charlie has been shortlisted for three brilliant awards in 2023 recognising her dedication and passion for improving inclusion in the construction trade, nominated at the Inspiring Women in Construction & Engineering Awards for the ‘Contribution to Gender Diversity’ category and also at the Best Businesswomen Awards for ‘Most Inspiring Businesswoman’. Moreover, All Done Design has been announced as a finalist at the 2023 National Building and Construction Awards. All award results are to be announced later this year.
